Our Women on Weights program empowers women to discover their inner strength, enhancing their physical and mental well-being. Designed for all skill levels, this program provides a nurturing environment where women can learn from their experiences and expand their gym knowledge. During the course of eight one-hour sessions, participants will benefit from the expertise of a certified personal trainer, learn the correct techniques for using free weights, and understand the advantages of an effective workout.
