The objective of this program is to help our next generation of young athletes become conditioned, stronger, and mentally more challenging for the rigors of sport and, in turn, daily life.

Multi- Sport Conditioning Training

Train with Coach Marlon Bradley, Former FAU Player and University High School Coach.

This is an athletic, multi-sport, and conditioning program designed to complement traditional sports training. This program provides an outlet for those who want or need an edge to gain that extra performance.

Goals:
– Emphasize the importance of form and technique
– Introduce and teach a plethora of exercises
– Educate and demonstrate stretches, warm up, and cool down
– Teach running mechanics and incorporate speed and agility exercises
– Build endurance with basic conditioning workouts
– Coach and build an understanding of fitness and health
– Provided a fantastic environment for mental growth
– Setting benchmarks early to show improvement and growth on an ongoing basis

Start Date: November 4th, Tuesdays at 4 pm at the Deland Family YMCA

Member Rate: $40 per month
Non-Member Rate: $55 per month

* A Young Athletes Team shirt will be available for purchase for $10 at the time of registration.

Training will take place at the Halifax Health Sport Complex ( behind the YMCA)
