Little Rhythms Dance Program
Let your child move, groove, and grow with our YMCA Kid Dance Program. Designed for ages 5 -12 years. This fun and supportive program helps kids build confidence, coordination, rhythm, and creativity through age-appropriate dance styles and music.
Participants will learn basic dance techniques, explore different styles, and develop teamwork and listening skills, while staying active—classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all.
Classes will be held every Wednesday, 4 pm – 5 pm

Rise Performance Training
Rise Performance Training focuses on building the strength, power, and athleticism needed to excel on the court. Athletes will learn proper lifting techniques, develop core stability, and enhance explosive movement to improve jumping, agility, and overall performance during games.
Will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6:15. Starting Dec 2 thru Feb 5. We will take the weeks of Christmas and New Years off.
